
Progress Summit was Fairbridge's flagship conference in New York City. The print collateral had to command the room before a word was spoken.
The Challenge
Fairbridge required print collateral to accompany their in-person conference. The print collateral was used to create a brand presence, to advertise the event sponsors, and to impart information.
The client was still in the process of confirming the event programme and guest speaker details, so required us to create a design template that could be approved before the final copy was added.
The Solution
We had solidified the brand fonts, colour scheme and background motifs in the Brand Guide. These were carried through in the social media assets already. Our approach for the print collateral was to confirm sizing specifications of the name tags, pull up banners and event programme, and then to carry the design motifs through in a way that was both functional and aesthetic.
The designs were first created in Figma and presented to the client for feedback. Once the designs were approved, they were recreated in Adobe InDesign with the relevant bleed, crop and colour profiles applied and exported in a print-ready format.
